Positive Immersion Works Versus Positive Thinking
Have you ever noticed when you are in certain places or surrounded by certain people you just naturally think positive and get into a great mood?
And similary, you may have noticed certain other places or people put you in a bad mood and compel you to have negative thoughts?
I am sure you have. But you might have not realized the full power of conscious positive immersion. You see, so many people struggle to think positive and stay motivated, but their focus is entirely internal. They are trying to change how they think and feel "on the inside" while externally staying in the same places with the same people.
Of course, you do have the power think positive and feel great when surrounded by negative people, but why make it so difficult on yourself?
Cultivate an awareness of places that make you feel alive, motivated, happy, carefree, grateful etc. And spend as much time in those places as possible. Likewise, spend as much time as possible with people who arouse those feelings in you. I call this positive immersion. Do this and you'll naturally have a positive attitude, and think positively without needing to force it.
Positive immersion works with digital content as well. On social media follow people who make you feel amazing and who motivate your to achieve your goals. Listen to their podcasts, and subscribe to their email lists too.
Saturate your consciousness with positivity through immersion and manifestation will be easier than you ever thought possible.
